Our policy for digital product refunds

1. Overview

Because this is a digital download product with instant file access, voluntary refunds are generally not offered once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

2. Digital Product Nature

The GLP-1 Food Planner is delivered as digital files. No physical item is shipped. Once digital access has been provided, the product cannot be returned like a physical item.

3. When We May Review a Refund Request

As a commercial courtesy, we may review refund requests in limited cases, such as duplicate orders, technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved, or cases where the delivered product is materially different from the product description.

4. Technical Issues

If you have trouble accessing, opening, downloading, or using the files, please contact support first. We will try to help resolve the issue before reviewing any refund request.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided because the customer changed their mind, did not read the product description, expected a physical product, no longer needs the product, expected medical advice, expected personalized coaching, expected guaranteed weight-loss results, or is unfamiliar with Canva, PDF software, printing tools, spreadsheets, or other supported file tools.

6. Health and Outcome Expectations

This product is not sold as a medical service, weight-loss program, prescription support service, or personalized healthcare plan. Refunds are not provided based on personal health outcomes, medication results, weight-loss expectations, or changes in medical treatment.

7. Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If a remedy is required by law, we will assess the appropriate solution.
